Kronborg Capital
Kronborg Capital is an independent advisory firm advising on complex cross-border transactions.
The firm takes its name from Kronborg, the Renaissance castle at Helsingør overlooking the Øresund - the strategic gateway between the Baltic and the North Sea. For more than four centuries, its position shaped the terms of maritime passage through one of Europe’s most important trading routes.
Kronborg Capital is built on the same strategic idea: at critical crossings, position, judgment and terms can determine the outcome.
